Kids Yoga with Grace
Ages: 3-9 year old
Time: Saturdays, 11 – 12:00 pm – 4 sessions
January Series: Jan. 4 – 25
Meet us on the mat for kids yoga. Using music, yoga poses, breathing exercises and guided meditation, your child will have FUN while working their mind, body & imagination.
Price: $68 for all 4 classes

Kids Yoga with Shari 
Ages: 8-12 year old
Special Needs Welcome
Time: Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm – 5 sessions
January Series: Jan. 2 – 30
Kids yoga and mindfulness, led by a yoga instructor and a school psychologist Shari Steinert. Using music, yoga poses, breathing exercises and guided meditation, your child will work their mind, body & imagination, all while having FUN.
Price: $85 for all 5 classes

Yogapalooza with Bari Koral: Kids’ Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training – Enrolling Now
Classes: March 20-22, 2020 20th Friday – Evening, 21 & 22 – All day
Prices: $449 for Early Bird Discount – $50 off regular price
Participants: For teachers, yoga instructors, parents, adults
In the Yogapalooza Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Training you will work directly with Bari and learn a ton of great content and background in order to teach or build on teaching a safe, fun and inspiring kids yoga class. In 1 weekend you earn a 30 hour certificate and can begin teaching kids’ yoga and mindfulness! We have 10 spaces available (only 4 left).

Kids Yoga Parties!
Info: Let us host your kids yoga special event. birthday parties, school holidays, girl/boy scout badges and more. Each party is for 2 hours and includes 1 hour of yoga. Contact us for additional discussion and to schedule. LoveServeGive@YogAnalysis.org
Food: We supply water and organic fruit. You supply any cakes or other foods.
